HONEY HARBOUR COTTAGE
On a lakefront property nestled in Ontario's cottage country, a family looked to double the size of their cottage with a unique addition. A modern build that still feels like a cottage while also designed to fit with the antique furniture and history of the property.
Unionville SUburban Home
Having renovated this clients master bathroom years before, they contacted us to overhaul their entire main floor. A professional baker dreamed of a more modern kitchen. With opened walls, new infrastructure, new floors, paint, and finishes...she got just that.
Stouffville Full Home Renovation
A near retired couple realizes their dream renovation. Starting with a custom designed and built by Tasson kitchen, this client trusted us to express ourselves and the results were both stunning and much loved by the client.
Unionville Ensuite +
After years of enjoying a previous built by Tasson kitchen this customer contacted us to update a few more spaces including a show piece ensuite bathroom complete with curdles shower and island tub.
North York Condo
100% fully renovated condo. walls opened up, customs closet organizers, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen, and new finishes throughout. With the large amounts of natural light it was a dream to give this unit the makeover it deserved.
Toronto Duplex
When approached by two owners of a christie pits house to split their home into a two unit duplex, we said no problem. The upstairs unit is a bright airy design while the main floor + basement unit shows how modern finishes can look within the same construct.
Apsley Cottage
Having fully renovated this cottage years earlier and having had a great experience, the customer asked if we would come back for further updates. Combating the mosquitos we built a screened in area to enjoy without the bugs. Their ATV's will now also be safe from the elements in their new garages with storage.
Hamilton Income Unit
New home owners wanted to subsidize their income. They wanted a rental unit but had a budget. Using both cheaper and up cycled materials we were still able to create a sharp finished product through creative thinking and problem solving. In the end small design choices spoke loudly.
Stouffville Bathroom
The clients tiny ensuite bathroom hadn't been updated in nearly 30 years and it showed. To make the space larger we got ride of an awkward walk in closet, building 2 large closets with organizers in its stead. With smart storage, the client finds they have more space for clothing as well as a larger bathroom.
Hamilton Dormer
The loft space in this house used to be a place for storage boxes and cobwebs. We broke through the roof and built a large dormer which not only added the necessary space for an awesome lounge place, but also added a tremendous amount of light. A great experience with the client means they are looking to have us finish the space soon.
Toronto Recording Studio
Creating a full post production mixing studio out of an empty industrial space was no small task. With 14" thick sound proofed walls you can be mixing audio at 180 decibels and hear nothing right outside the double door entry system. A large workspace, a board room, a live floor recording room, an audio booth and much more are all isolated to cancel noise transferring.
Aurora Basement
A brand new home with an unfinished basement meant this yoga instructor had nowhere to teach. Not any more. Finishing the cold basement with cork floors meant that both heat and comfort would help her instruct. We kept an open concept and still had plenty of space for storage closets and a third bedroom for visitors.
Hamilton Deck
We received a call from a client who was disgruntled with an ongoing project being executed by another renovation company. The customer was in Japan for the entirety of the project but through constant communication we were able to keep the client confident. When they move back home, they will be enjoying their backyard on a completely new level.
